Well, Walmart shoppers clearly do. This past holiday season, shoppers went crazy for Patti’s sweet potato pies. At one point, Walmart was selling “, According to F. Taylor, “it’s estimated over $2.3 million dollars of pies were sold” in one weekend alone. You can even buy Patti’s pies on eBay, where individuals are selling them for as much as $60.

Demand for Patti’s pies rose to astronomical proportions after YouTuber James Wright posted a hilarious review praising the sweet potato pies. The youtube post now has over 4.5 million views.
